Booking an Appointment
If you feel you are ready to start on the project of therapy, all you need to do is fill out the form below with your name, contact details, and preferred appointment days. Afterward completing the form, I will reach out to you as soon as possible to arrange an initial consultation. If you would prefer to initiate the conversation, you are welcome to reach out via email or phone provided on the Contact Information page.
Initial consultations are a cost-free and commitment-free meeting to clarify what you want from therapy, and for you to experience what it would be like to have me as a therapist. This meeting is roughly an hour long, and serves as an opportunity for us to get to know eachother and see if we feel comfortable working eachother. It will also allow me the opportunity to learn whether there is any essential information I might need to know to keep you safe from risk during our work together. By the end of the meeting, we will agree to either form a contract together outlining how therapy will go forward, or you may decide you want to work a different therapist or service that would be more suited to your needs. In the second case, I might offer some referral resources for other organisations or therapists who may better suit your needs, should you want them.
